CAIL was an independent organisation. CAIL represented the voice of disabled people, older people and carers in Cambridgeshire. We talked to people with lived experience of disability. We talked to organisations that deliver activities and services. We aimed to see those activities and services adapted when organisations hear the voice of our constituents.
